I wanted to thank the team at the Warner Rd. location for the great service provided to me today. My truck was broken into and my day started off on the worst foot possible. However, after speaking with Whitney my situation was prioritized and within minutes she had the field technician procuring the window glass, insurance claims settled and brightened my day with her great personality. What could have been a really bad day was completely halted and reversed thanks to her!
Installation was completed and James was courteous, came to my place of work, and completed the job quickly. I would and will recommend Dimension to anyone that I know that requires auto glass repair/replacements. I wanted to express my gratitude in a world where thanks come seldom, complaints all too often and we go unappreciated most of the time.
